Agreement to terms

By downloading, installing, or accessing Glassora (the “App”) or browsing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using the app and website.

1. What Glassora is

Glassora is a curated Ultra-HD wallpaper platform built for iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and visionOS. The app provides lossless 4K wallpapers for personal device customization and screen aesthetics.

2. Intellectual property & wallpapers

All wallpapers, artwork, photographs, and media available on Glassora are the property of their respective creators and copyright holders. Glassora hosts these wallpapers for discovery and device personalization purposes. You do not acquire ownership rights to any downloaded image.

3. Personal & non-commercial license

Glassora grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and set wallpapers on your individual devices (e.g., iPhone, iPad, Mac). You may use these wallpapers for personal device backgrounds only.

4. Prohibited actions

Under this license, you are strictly prohibited from:

  • Reselling, redistributing, or sub-licensing the wallpapers.
  • Hosting or publishing downloaded images on competing wallpaper apps, websites, or online repositories.
  • Using wallpapers for commercial advertisements, physical products, or marketing campaigns without explicit copyright authorization from the original creator.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or media assets of the app.
  • Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) to bulk-download wallpapers.

5. Push notifications

Glassora may send optional local notifications to suggest daily wallpaper picks and collection updates. These notifications are scheduled locally on your device and are not pushed from external servers. You can disable notifications anytime in iOS Settings > Notifications > Glassora.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The app and website are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is given as to uninterrupted service, database uptime, or specific artwork availability, and we reserve the right to modify or remove wallpapers at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Glassora or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app or website.

8. Copyright & DMCA notices

We respect the intellectual property rights of artists and creators. If you believe that any wallpaper hosted on Glassora infringes upon your copyright, please submit a notice including a description of the work and the infringing item to supportglassora@gmail.com.
