The short version

The Glassora app and this website handle information differently. The app does not require an account. This website uses Vercel Analytics and collects information you choose to send through the support form. The sections below explain each separately.

1. Glassora app

The App Store privacy label says the developer indicates that the app does not collect data. Apple notes that this information is provided by the developer and is not verified by Apple. Glassora does not require account registration to use the app. See the current App Store privacy label.

Review each system permission prompt before granting access. The current app privacy practices are described in the App Store listing.

2. Website analytics

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate visit statistics, such as pages viewed, referrers, general location, browser, operating system, and device type. Vercel says the analytics does not use cookies or cross-site identifiers and that its daily visitor hash expires after 24 hours. Read Vercel's Web Analytics privacy details. The app's App Store privacy label describes the app; it does not describe this website's analytics.

3. Support form

When you submit the website form, the site sends the name, reply email, topic, organization (if supplied), and message to the Glassora support system. The support route stores these fields in Firestore so the team can respond. They are used to handle your request, not for marketing.

Do not include passwords, payment information, or other sensitive details in a support message. For questions about a submission, contact supportglassora@gmail.com.

4. Hosting and logs

The website is hosted by Vercel. Like other hosting providers, Vercel may process request data and security logs to operate and protect the service. Consult Vercel's privacy information for details about its processing.

5. Retention and requests

Support submissions are retained in the support system for as long as needed to handle the request and maintain support records. To ask about or request removal of a website support submission, email supportglassora@gmail.com.

6. Children's privacy

The App Store rates Glassora 13+. Do not submit a child's personal information through the website support form.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated when the website or app's information practices change. The date at the top shows when this page was last reviewed.
